Bower Center offer by certified instructor Steve Garay. This is a low impact
form of exercise that is beneficial for any age. Improve your balance and
flexibility through the gentle movements of this ancient art. Enrollment is

The Wharton Memorial Foundation Bower Center for the Arts is a non-profit organization located in historic downtown Bedford,Va. at the base of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. The Bower Center serves the greater Bedford community by promoting artistic and cultural activities and provides education in the arts. In addition the Wharton Memorial Foundation preserves two historical Virgina landmarks and maintains the Wharton Memorial Garden.
