This Saturday, September 24th, will mark Bedford's 30th Annual Centerfest! Centerfest is one of Virginia's largest outdoor festivals. We're all hoping for good weather! The Bower will have a display table set up in the arts district on Depot Street. The Bower Center will be open all day - stop by and see the current exhibit of Nancy J. Wood and Lucio Valverde.

The Wharton Memorial Foundation Bower Center for the Arts is a non-profit organization located in historic downtown Bedford,Va. at the base of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. The Bower Center serves the greater Bedford community by promoting artistic and cultural activities and provides education in the arts. In addition the Wharton Memorial Foundation preserves two historical Virgina landmarks and maintains the Wharton Memorial Garden.
