CENTERFEST NEWS - 30th Anniversary of Centerfest! Can you believe it?
Encompassing 11 blocks of downtown Bedford it is one of Virginia's largest outdoor festival. There will be children's rides, five stags all with different venues, and over 100 vendors including crafters, artists, non-profits, and food, food, food!! *The Bedford Bulletin has a 2011 Fall Events mid section in this week's paper. Inside there is a detailed map outlining exactly where each of the vendors will be set up. The Bower Center will be near the corner of Depot and Court Street near Goose Creek Studio. This area will have individual artists
booth as well.

The Wharton Memorial Foundation Bower Center for the Arts is a non-profit organization located in historic downtown Bedford,Va. at the base of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. The Bower Center serves the greater Bedford community by promoting artistic and cultural activities and provides education in the arts. In addition the Wharton Memorial Foundation preserves two historical Virgina landmarks and maintains the Wharton Memorial Garden.
