TAI CHI - New class beginning June 6th - every Monday 6:30 to 7:30 pm
Certified Instructor, Steve Garay, will be teaching this low impact ancient form of
exercise that that benefits strength, flexibility, and balance. Classes will be ongoing

The Wharton Memorial Foundation Bower Center for the Arts is a non-profit organization located in historic downtown Bedford,Va. at the base of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. The Bower Center serves the greater Bedford community by promoting artistic and cultural activities and provides education in the arts. In addition the Wharton Memorial Foundation preserves two historical Virgina landmarks and maintains the Wharton Memorial Garden.
