The Bower Center is always looking for new volunteers. There are several
opportunities to be involved with; concerts, receptions, special events, or even
as class assistants in a your genre. Maybe you just want to help out in the office. We have a friendly welcoming bunch and we can always use an
extra hand or maybe a new idea. Give us a shot...you may find your niche
right here!
The Wharton Memorial Foundation Bower Center for the Arts is a non-profit organization located in historic downtown Bedford,Va. at the base of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. The Bower Center serves the greater Bedford community by promoting artistic and cultural activities and provides education in the arts. In addition the Wharton Memorial Foundation preserves two historical Virgina landmarks and maintains the Wharton Memorial Garden.
