The Write Now Writers will be having their regular meeting tonight at 7 PM.
Anyone interested in writing or poetry are welcome.
Write Now is an informal group of published and nonpublished writers and poets. The purpose of this group is to share and offer ideas and inspiration, discuss writing, with ample time given for those who wish to share a sample of their work. The meetings atmosphere is informal so that aspiring writers and poets may come and share their work. Critiques are offered upon request. *There will be future workshops for those interested in publishing.
So if you're having a hard time starting that personal journal, want to start a blog, or perhaps just write down some favorite family stories to pass down through the generations...join the Writers on the 1st and 3rd Thurs., 7-9 PM
Bring a piece of writing to share or just come and listen to some great stories.
Participation is always welcome in our open discussions. Sound interesting if you're a new writer? Then come by the Bower this evening at 7PM! See you there.
*At their last meeting one of best stories was a very creative and unique piece
that was written by the grand-daughter of one of the members. There is a snippet of it available for you to read...just click on the Write Now page.
(this creative little story was written on a restaurant's paper placement while waiting for pizza)...An inspiration!
